In March 2023, eGreen Compliance Consultants was recognised by UNIDO (United Nations Industrial Development Organisation), the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE), and the Global Environment Facility (GEF) as a finalist in the Low Carbon Technology Accelerator under the FLCTD Programme. Acceleration partner: Sangam Ventures. The FLCTD (Facilitating Low Carbon Technology Diffusion) programme is a joint initiative of UNIDO, BEE, and GEF, designed to accelerate the deployment of commercially viable low carbon technologies in India. Being selected as a finalist is a recognition of both the technology's potential and the team's ability to deliver at scale.

eGreen designed and commissioned a mobile CO₂ capture plant with a capacity of 250 kilograms of CO₂ per day for IIT-Madras, one of India's leading research institutions. eGreen managed the complete project scope design, fabrication, erection, and commissioning delivering a functional, mobile installation that demonstrates the viability of modular carbon capture at an accessible scale. The mobile format is significant. Unlike large, fixed carbon capture infrastructure that requires substantial capital and is difficult to scale or relocate, a mobile plant can be deployed at the point of emission, tested in different environments, and adapted as capture technology evolves. It is a practical starting point for industries looking to demonstrate carbon reduction without committing to permanent infrastructure.
